Martha A Kurilec, D.M.D. has been practicing dentistry for over 30 years, with over 20 of those years in the field of Geriatric Dentistry. Dr. Kurilec is a graduate of Tuft’s Dental School, a graduate of the University of Connecticut Health Center Traveler’s Center on Aging Geriatric Dental Fellowship Program with additional completion of a Mini Residency in Nursing Home Care for the Dental Team at the University of Minnesota. Dr. Kurilec is experienced in developing and implementing full service dental clinics and programs both in chronic care hospitals and nursing facilities. Dr. Kurilec currently serves as the Dental Program Director in several major nursing facilities in the greater Hartford area where she continues providing care for the under-served older adult population of Connecticut.

Raymond M.E. Cayabyab, RDH is a graduate of the Tunxis Community College, Dental Hygiene Program. Before moving to the United States in 2005, Mr. Cayabyab received extensive dental training in the Philippines. There he served seven years in a public health setting, providing dental care to the under-served population. He also served as the Executive Secretary of the Philippine Dental Association where he received extensive experience in program and research development and implementation. The challenges he faced and the hands on experience he received during this time has provided him with the skills necessary to develop and implement the dental programs that will assist nursing facilities in their goal to meet the oral health needs of their residents. Mr. Cayabyab is currently an active member and vice-president of the Waterbury Dental Hygiene Association and remains active in his Philippine community serving as President of the Philippine American Group of Greater Waterbury Area (PAGGAWA), a socio-civic organization.
